Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday
If a prodict you have ordered is out of stock or un-available we will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery however delivery times should be much faster.

Returns:
You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase . Returned items must be suitably packaged and in the same un-used confition in which they were sent. To receive any  refund , all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags.  Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
